Wait i have a blog

Yeah i forgot it again, but yes i do have my own space to write long text. No i'll not use mastodon as blog. So yeah i had a lot on my mind this month.

First Hobbies Check

MC-1, midi controller & keyboard projects

I worked on redesigning the cases, making them printable, the prototype worked well, i wasn't quite satisfied with the overall look. i designed a more sturdy version. I think it's ready for prototype printing aswell. I didn't order PCB for MC-1. Maybe next month. Dio Volu.

I also did some fine tuning of my former PCB design such as my all time greatest the Ortobi82 using SMD Diodes instead of Through Hole ones. So. yeah. there's will be some special editions of Ortobi82. and no you did not guessed it but the Through Hole old version have a different name on them, it is not written "design by .bichez" on them. (My DMs are open if you want one - it's supposed to be a product from the shop.)

I did not worked on it at all.

guitar

Trimmed the headstock but did not finished it. I want to get this shinto rasp thingy. The headstock look more like a true telecaster now.

mini bike

BIG TIME EVERYONE. Yes i worked a lot on the bicycle that month. I finished all the big stuff. The bicycle misses few stuff i was supposed to do BEFORE brazing everything such as.... air holes. The build looks sick and trashy. I solder brazed it without the setup i knew and i learned on so... yes. it's a bit different but it's me. I'm very happy i did it. It's not great i think it's even bad but it's mine. I made that and i'm ready to get better from that state with this new setup.

Also i spent a lot of money in bicycle stuff (fork, rearhub, spokes, rim, spacers, front wheel, front derailleur)
Yeah you know the drill the build is almost over

And yet i got a new surprise, once i'll get all the parts i have to solder new parts haha. Because i forgot about rear brakes and i think i cant get the right space for a disk brake on the rear. - i dont have the tool to place a disk brake mount thingy. I'm not sure how i'm suppose to do. But i think i can handle how to solder cantilever/vbrake mounts.

The final part will be the paint. I'm not sure what color. I think of green, i don't know. I need a headbadge too!

other stuff

I spent a lot of time rethinking my life. i think i'll be happy in a garage.
