HTML+CSS+ "ultra light JS"?

I read stuff out there and i'm lowkey interrested into JS but, also tired. i wish find some circle of ppl into simpleweb. But i'm not searching seriously. After my little post yesterday i search how to make my rss feed better.

I'm not sure to understand it right. RSS feed is like a XML file with EVERYTHING in it. what's that? i mean i dont want to make my website heavier by making a copy of ALL BLOG POSTS into a single file. I thought i'll be able to hotlink what's matter in the whole page.
All those articles are fairly simple, everything is tied inside a div that has a class "blobarticle" and i thought it was a thing to do "hey this is a div with a class, and this class is the post, this paragraph with an id is title and all"

i saw different ways of "doing it" but i can't understand shit yet. I don't know the difference between RSS and Atom.
