I guess i'm back on training, this time i hope is for a safe job. This time is industry-made jobs. I'm focusing welding and machining, but still keep my heart and mind open for something else.

Server updates

Another server update lil chapter? Well yes. It's not that important but enough to get some words, i'll maybe switch hardware and liberate the Thinkpad x220. But before switching i made a plan, i want a refurbished computer with at least 8Gb of RAM, i really require this, also that computer need to be upgradable. I just want to maybe use nextcloud/owncloud, safely without worrying.

Last time i was a bit worried about the hardware the colorful patterns of the screen made me worrying about it. Reminding me it's still a laptop from 2010, mostly running since 2021 up to today! That is still the best bet i made when choosing it. Grateful for the resilience and how amazing this computer is.

I'm not aiming for things out of my sight, and i would love to own a low power rack if that's a thing. The middle point of this is perfect.

So the X220 server is currently up-to-date, running nice and not overloaded. And because of retirement looking for replacement. I saw some 2nd hand Thinkcenter mini kind of thing, if you have any idea or insight about it, let me know.
